A Wedding to Celebrate -- Cornerstone Legacy Alumni!

The beautiful wedding in early November was a bit of a Cornerstone reunion—for more than one generation!

Julia (Williams) Hoover and Mason Hoover are both Cornerstone alumni of the Class of 2021. They didn’t meet at Cornerstone, as their parents have been longtime friends…and Cornerstone alumni themselves! Suzy-Lynne (Dagon) Williams and Brad Williams were members of the Class of 1998. Jodi (Duplin) Hoover was one of the first students enrolled at Cornerstone and graduated as a member of the Class of 1992.

Julia and Mason’s friendship grew as they attended CCS together from third grade through high school graduation. The lasting friendships they developed with CCS classmates were evident when looking around the wedding reception and the wedding party! CCS alumni and students (from bridesmaids to the flower girl) were part of the celebration.

After graduating from Cornerstone, Julia and Mason attended and graduated from Liberty University. Mason is now a Connecticut State Trooper.

Congratulations to this young couple! Their love for God and each other is a blessing to witness. This is just one beautiful wedding story of several Cornerstone alumni weddings. We love to see the way God writes these special stories among our students (and sometimes, staff)!
